West, 100. 09 feet to land of Dadson; thence along said land of Dadson
and along land of A. T. Young, Jr. , North 49 degrees 32 minutes East,
155.59 feet to an iron pipe and land of Darzy and Tannenbaum; thence
along said land, South 40 degrees 28 minutes East, 89 feet; thence
along land now or formerly of Culshaw, formerly Cook, South 46 degrees
27 minutes West, 126. 84 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land 10 feet in width
at its northeasterly end where it adjoins Harbor Road and running about
210 feet southwesterly to a width of 50 feet where it adjoins Orient
Bay; said right of way beginning 236 feet northwesterly along said
Harbor Road from the northwesterly line of King Street.
