ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT - The grantees herein,
John C. Morgan, Jr. and Doris B. Morgan, do hereby assume, agree
to pay and be primarily liable on the bond and mortgage given by
their predecessors in title, William P. O'Dwyer and Virginia A.
i O'Dwyer to the Southold Savings Bank dated December 28, 1972 and
