to Thelma York Aanestad who died intestate in Suffolk County on August 11, 1980 who
acquired title by a deed dated July 13, 1966 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on July 18, 1966 in Liber 5994 at page 228 and as heir
to Edwin Aanestad surviving husband of Thelma York Aanestad deceased who died
intestate in Suffolk County on May 22, 1989.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-
described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first

successors and assigns of the party of the second part lbrever.
