Please be advised that this finn represents James and Mary Ellen Duffy, the owners of certain
property located on Wunneweta Road in Cutchogue, New York. That property is divided by a "dirt
road" nominally known as Carpenter Road. In order to properly plan and insure my clients'
property, it will be necessary to determine the owner of Carpenter Road. It is my understanding that
as a result of my clients' ownership of all property on both sides of Carpenter Road, the same
becomes a private road owned exclusively by my clients.
Kindly confirm my understanding or, in the alternative, verify the proper owner of said road.
