I AM WRITING YOU REGARDING A QUESTION ON SUBDIVISION. MY HUSBAND AND I
OWN APPROXIMATELY 11.5 ACRES (ZONED RD40) IN MATTITUCK. WE ARE INTERESTED
IN GIVING ONE ACRE TO MY BROTHER AND NEED YOUR ADVISE ON WHETHER IT IS
BETTER TO HAVE THAT ACRE "SET ASIDE" OR "SUBDIVIDED". ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT
OUR INTENTION AT THIS TIME, WOULD EITHER OF THE ABOVE PRECLUDE US FROM
FURTHER SUBDIVISION IN THE FUTURE?
