Dear Mr. Murphy:
The Planning Board has reviewed your inquiry in regard to creating an
approximately 10 acre parcel adjacent to the property owned now or
formerly by Fallon.
It is the Planning Board's understanding that your proposal is to create a
single and separate parcel which will be available for future development.
If you wish to proceed with the proposal, the Planning Board will be
requiring that this proposal be classified as a major subdivision. This is
due to the fact that the property has been subject to other land divisions
in the past and your proposal is to create a fifth lot from the original
property.
