Kindly look over the attached site plans and return same to this office with your comments as soon as possible. Additionally, kindly forward a formal application to us with the State's requirements for bonding as well. The owner Mr. Cifarelli, would like to move on this immediately. We have made application to the Town of Southold for site plan approval. This includes re-configuring the addition out to the rear of the building. These permits are imminent. As I stated in our phone conversation, This is a pre-existing building/site with approvals for as both residemial and commercial use. It is the intent of Mr. Cifarelli to begin construction of the addition and site work as soon as praetieal.
