Brooklyn, New York, and CHRISTOPHER T. A~tPOGLOU, residing at
7765 Landowne Drive, Dunwoody, Georgia, Parts! of the First

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration
of ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant an~d release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June
11, 1975 as Map No. 6266, said lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING a t a point on the northerly side of The Short Lane
distant 133.96 feet westerly as measured along the northerly
side of The Short Lane from the westernmost point on the arc
of a curve formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of
The Long Way and the Northerly side of The Short Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along' the northerly side of The Short Lane,
South 76 degrees 57 minutes 08 seconds West, 77.23 feet;
THENCE North 13 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds West, 305.04
feet;
THE%~CE North 83 degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds East, 72.73

THENCE South 13 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds East, 296.23
feel to a point on the northerly side of The Short Lane, said
point being the poi~t or place of BEGINNING.
BEING ~/~D INTENDED TO BE the same premises as was conveyed to
the Party of the First Part by Deed dated 08/23/1996 and
recorded in the Office of the Suffolk CouDty Clerk on
09/03/1996 in Liber 11790 Page 147.
SAID P~4ISES ALSO KNOWN AS SUFFOLK COUNTX TAX ~ NO. 1000-
030.00-02.00-010.000.
Said premises are or will be improved by a one-family or two-
family residence only.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
