WITNESSETH, that the party of the first pert. in consideration of TEN and no/l(10ths ($10.00) dollars paid by
the parly of the second part, doe~ hereby grant and rekH~e unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

1975 as Map No. 6256, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of The Short Lane distant 133.96 feat westedy as measured along
the northerly side of The Short Lane from the westommost point on the arc of a curve formed by the
intersection of the westerly aide of The Long Way and the northerly side of the Short Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of The Short Lane, South 76 deEirees 57 minutes 08 seconds
West 7?;23 feet;
THENCE North 13 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds Wast, 305.04 feet;
THENCE North 83 degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds East 72.73 feet;
THENCE South 13 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds East 296.23 feet to a point on the northerly side of The
Short Lane. said point being the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises c~nveyed to the parties of the first part by deed made by
Adexender T. Arapogiou and Ch~stopher T. Ampogiou dated December I, 200'1 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Offlce on January t2, 2002 in Liber D00012163 cp 327.
TOGETHER with all right, tide and Interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate end rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TG HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, tho heirs or succassere and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AJ~ID the party of the first part covenants that the party 'of the first pert has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, In compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, o0venante that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
