Please be advised that to date there has been no com-
pliance with Article 6 of the Suffolk County Department of
Health Services regarding your major subdivision proposal cap-
tioned above. The Town Board has legislated two-acre zoning
within the township. Because your proposal does not meet the
present zoning requirements enacted on May 20, 1983, we would
request that you contact our office for an appointment to dis-
cuss revisions for compliance with the present zoning regulations.
