As per our conversation this date the following will be necessary for any Trustee wetland permit: 1. Completed Trustee application and licensed survey showing the property and all proposed structures to scale,including the opposing shoreline and structures. 2. The proposed structures must be no closer than 15' to extensions of the side property lines. 3. The project must complete an environmental review form this office and the Planning Board. 4. The project will likely require Planning Board site plan review, N.Y.S.D.E.C., U.S.C.O.E. and State Department of State Consistency review. 5. It is likely that the Trustees will request onshore toilet and shower facilities and may require arrangements for a marina pump-out or restrictive covenants banning on board marine sanitation devices capable of direct discharge overboard. Form before proceeding with this assessment OVER 1 C Memo for file Lawrence Rutter SCTM# 1000~1-23.1 A meeting was held with Mr. Lawrence Rutter on September 14, 1990 to review his plans for the development of his property at Mattituck. Mr. Rutter indicated he is in the early stages of planning to develop the property for when he retires in about three years. Mr. Rutter said he is thinking of building a motel on the property but realizes he does not have the required three acres. I informed Mr. Rutter he would need to apply for a variance for this use. Mr. Rutter said his plans for the marina are not complete at this time; as soon as the plans firm up he will submit a site plan application. I reviewed my meeting with Mr. John Bredmeyer, Mr. Bredemeyer said he appreciated my report, and that he will keep me posted on the Trustees permit progress. Robert G.
