Please take further notice that this declaration should not be considered a determination made for any other department or agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. TYPE OF ACTION: Type DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: to construct a 100' X 4' open pile pier and place four prefabricated 8' X 30' open tanks in adjacent area. Tank would be serviced by a 2,000. GPM pump enclosed in a 5' X 5' structure. Intake and outfall pipes would run underneath the pier and the tanks connected in parallel. LOCATION:SCTM #1000-140-1-23.1 REASONS SUPPORTING THIS DETERMINATION: 1. An on site inspection has been conducted by the Board of Trustees. 2.
