WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does
~ereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever,
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the Grantor in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
Grantee, their assigns, the survivor of the Grantees and the heirs and
assigns of such survivor forever.
That, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, the Grantor
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first
for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
If more than one person joins in the execution of this deed, and
if any be of the female sex, or a corporation, the relative words herein
shall be read as if written in the plural, or in the feminine or neuter
gender, as the case may [be.

'PARUEL' ONE: All that certain lot, piece or parcel

of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of Ne~ York, known and distinguished on a
certain map entitled "Subdivision o~ a section of
