WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does ~ereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND described in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
