BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road at the northeasterly comer ofthe
premises herein described and the northwesterly comer of'lands of Lathem; thence from said
point ofbeginnin8 running the followin8 two (2) courses and distances along said lest mentioned
lands:
(1) South 4 degrees 49 minutes LO seconds West 130.22 feet; and
(2) South 18 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds West 69.78 feet to other lands of Stcphenson Beach,
Inc. and the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described; running thence the following
two (2) courses and distances along and through said last mentioned lands:
