Hands, Jr. Family Limited Parmership= THENCE along last mentioned land, South 32 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East, 149.50 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road S.R. 25~ THENCE along the northwesterly side of Main Road S.R. 25, South 66 degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds West, 101.60 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Sophia Gutherz and Abraham Gutherz, dated 10/14/1993. and recorded 11/4/1993, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11650, Page 793.
