WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Hamlet of Orient. Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York. bounded and described as follows:

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first
part herein by deed from B. Martha Cassidy and Susan B. Gardner of even date herewith and by deed
from B. Martha Cassidy of even date herewith, both deeds being recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office simultaneously herewith.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS DEED is to merge the parcel known as 1100 Youngs Road, Orient,
NY (SCTM # I000=018.00-02.00-010.000) and 1040 Youngs Road, Orient, NY (SCTM # 1000-
018.00-02.00-011.000) into a single parcel.
THE PARTIES FURTHER warrant, covenant and represent that the aforesaid premises and
every partion thereof is hereby head and shall be conveyed as a single parcel and shall not be
subdivided.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said premises;
TO HAVE ,~I~ND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
SCHEDULE
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of hnd, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Hamlet of Orient,, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on thc easterly side of Youngs Road at the northwesterly corner of land now
or formerly of Edward W. Latham, and being distant not'xherly 980.07 feet from the intersection of
the northerly side of Main Road and the easterly side of Youngs Road;
RUNNING THF, NCE North 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West along said easterly side of
Yonugs Road 215.87 feet to hnd now or formerly of Gianeili;
THENCE North 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East along said last mentioned land 12).00 feet
to a monument and land now or formerly of Edward W. Latham;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Edward W. Latham the following four (4) courses and
distances:

AND the party of thc first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants ~hat the
party of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to bc applied first for thc purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply thc same first to thc payment of the cost of improvement before using any
part of the total of thc same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties" whenever thc sense of this indcnntrc so
requires.
