Latham, and being distant not'xherly 980.07 feet from the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road and the easterly side of Youngs Road; RUNNING THF, NCE North 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West along said easterly side of Yonugs Road 215.87 feet to hnd now or formerly of Gianeili; THENCE North 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East along said last mentioned land 12).00 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Edward W. Latham; THENCE along said land now or formerly of Edward W.
