No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector issues a Certificdte of Occupancy. f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date. If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the property have been enacted in the interim, the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required. We have verified from our field observations that, to the best of our knowledge, the work shown has been accomplished in accordance with the drawings. We have attached copies of the drawings with any updated work for your files. Some of the updated work involved the re-construction of damaged interior columns, the replacement of water damaged (3) 2x 12 girders with (3) 1 ~" x 11 7/8" micro-lams, the addition of base clip angles at all interior columns, the addition of perimeter anchor bolting and the addition of metal strapping producing continuous load paths throughout the structure.
