Laurel Hollow, NY party ofthe first part, and STEPHEN.J. SUSPENSKI and CATHERINE
SUSPENSKi, his wife, residing at 34 Drake 'l..ane, Levittown, New York party oftbe second part,
as Tenants by the Entirety
V~qTNESSETH, that the party of the first pan, in consideration ofTen Dollars, lawful money of
the United States, paid by the party of the second pan, docs hereby grant and release unto the
party ortho second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second party
forever,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, in any, ofthe pany of the first pan in and to any
street and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thet~'of;
TOGETIIER with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party oflhe first part in
and to said premises; TO ItAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in an way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pail, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Laxv, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
ofimprovcmenl and will apply the same first to the payment of thc cost of improvement before
using any part of thc total of the same for any other purpose.

BEGINNING st a point on the Southwesterly line ora 50 foot fight of way, at the Northerly
comer of the premises hereinal~or described, which point of beginning is the following three
courses and distances from the Northwest comer of land now or formerly of Edward A. Keogh:
(I) North 63 degrees 41 minnte~ 40 seconds East 379.63 feet;
(2) North 37 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West 1032.89 feet, and
(3) North 38 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 30.11 feet;
