Excluding from the above-described parcel the following parcel of property which was conveyed by the party of the first part to Hugh Loughran and Catherine Loughran, his wife, on October 6, 1983: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a 25 foot right-of-way over land now or formerly of Lloyd E. Terry, said point being the following two courses from a monument set on the northerly line of Main Road at the so~thwes~rly corner of said land now or formerly of Lloyd E. Terry and the southeasterly corner of land of Orient Realty Company; (1) North 82 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East, 25.18 feet; thence (2) North 14 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West 1870.0 feet to said point of beginning; running thence along said easterly line of said right-of-way, North 14 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West, 279.17 feet to the southerly line of said 25 foot right-of-way; thence along said southerly line, North 75 degrees 55 minutes East 175.0 feet; thence along other land now or formerly of Lloyd E.
