BEINIG AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first par! by deed from Charles Rose and Day Rose a/k/a Day R. Rose, his wife, dated December 11, 1975, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 17, 1975, in Liber 7960 p~,ge 389.
