THENCE North 78 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, 267.94 feet to the westerly side of
Greenway East;
THENCE along the westerly side of Greenway East, South 05 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds
East, 297.26 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part as
devisee under the Last Will and Testament of Orville W. Terry, deceased.
