BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated June 28, 2000, and recorded July 12, 2000 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 12055, Page 25.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with thc
buildings and improvemenu thereon erected, in and to the party of the first part.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART HERI~Y RESERVES A SPECIAL POWER OF
APPOINTMENT, exercisable as often as they tony choose, to change their r~nnalnderman
as follows:
TO or among any one or more members of a class consisting of the party of the first
part's deacendnqts, in any degree, whether presently living or bom hereafter, in such
proportions and amounts, without re~l~cl to equality, outright or in trust, as the patty of
the tim part may direct and appoint during her lifetime by properly written and

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pan in and to

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said promises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

propose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same fi~st to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the tolal of the same for
any other purpose.
The word 'party' shall be construed as if it m~d "parties' whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
