Project name: SAVES, Inc. SCTM# 1000-59-3-31
Location: 2875 Horton Lane, Southold
Description: Request for a change of use of an existing 800 sq. ft. dwelling to have
500 sq. ft. of retail space and 300 sq. ft. of storage space on a 10,140 sq.
ft. parcel in the General Business Zoning District located approximately
136 feet north from the n/w corner of Horton Lane and Middle Road,
Southold.
Status: New Site Plan
Recommendations: Accept site plan for review and send referrals out.

Location: Located on the s/s/o NYS Route 25 and the north side of Leslie's Road,

Description: This proposal is for a conservation subdivision of a 24.97-acre parcel
into three lots where Lot 1 equals 1.71 acres, Lot 2 equals 1.71 acres
and Lot 3 equals 21.55 acres upon which the Development Rights to
21.22 acres have been sold to the County of Suffolk.
Status: Conditional Sketch Approval

Location: Located n/o North Bayview Road, 180 feet w/o Jacobs Lane, in Southold.
Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 37.75 acre parcel into 7 lots where Lot 1
equals 2.5 acres; Lot 2, 1.72 acres; Lot 3, 1.50 acres; Lot 4, 1.50 acres;
Lot 5, 1.56 acres; Lot 6, 2.45 acres and Lot 7, 25.75 acres. The Town
of Southold is in contract to acquire the fee title of Lot 7 (25.75 acres) for
open space purposes.
Status: Final Approval
Recommendations: Allow applicant to have well instead of pressurized hydrant.

Location: The property is located on the n/e/c/o CR 48 and Mary's Road in
Mattituck.
Description: This proposal is for a standard subdivision of a 7.0415-acre parcel into
two lots where Lot 1 equals 1.3366 acres and Lot 2 equals 5.7049 acres,
inclusive of a 1.3365-acre building envelope and 4.3684 acres of
subdivision Open Space that will be permanently preserved by a
Covenant & Restriction.
Status: Preliminary Approval
Recommendations: Conditional Final Approval; waive final public hearing.

Description:
This lot line change will add .26 acres from the Southold School District

Project name: Tidy Car SCTM# 1000-55-5-2.2
Location: 3585 Youngs Avenue, Southold
Description: This amended site plan is for a proposed 8,000 sq. ft. storage building on
a 1.5-acre parcel in the B Zone. Applicant is in violation of the approved
site plan. The applicant is to comply with site plan. As per a letter dated
September 14, 2006, the applicant was to submit a new site plan
addressing the current violation.
Status: In Violation
Recommendations: Keep the Planning Board up-dated.

Project name: Blue Duck Bakery SCTM#: 1000-63-3-12
Location: 56275 NYS Route 25, Southold
Description: This new site plan is for the proposed conversion of an existing
automotive service building to a bakery where 400 sq. ft. is for retail,
1,680 sq. ft. is for storage and 1,080 sq. ft. is for food processing where 8
parking spaces are required and 6 are provided, on a 10,211.40 sq. ft.
parcel in the Hamlet Business Zone.
Status: Request for Final Inspection
Recommendations: Grant final inspection with the condition that they will strip the parking
area.
