consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,

situate, lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.

The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in Deed dated 11/4/1988 recorded 11/4/1988 in
Liber 10730 Page 232.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southwesterly line of a certain right of way
30 feet, or more, in width, said pipe being South 56 Degrees 27 Minutes 30
Seconds West, a distance of 481.67 feet from a concrete monument set on the
southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road at the nodhwesterly corner of land
conveyed by Getrude K. Bunce, et al. to Sophie Anderson, from said point of
beginning; -
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Getrude K. Bunce, et al.
South 68 Degrees 17 Minutes 50 Seconds West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a
stake and the ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek;
THENCE northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek, 66
feet more or less, to stake, said stake being North 41 Degrees,.55 Minutes 00
Seconds West, a distance of 66.62 feet from the last described point;
THENCE along land of Getrude K. Bunce, et al., North 48 Degrees 53 Minutes
