County Clerk on 3/28/35 as Map No. 1179 said part of lots being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Sterling Road distant, 460.45 feet Westerly as measured
along the Northerly side of Sterling Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly
side of Sterling Road with the Westerly side of Pine Tree Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 65 degrees 46 minutes West along the Northerly side of Sterling Road 80
feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 04 degrees 14 minutes West along lands now or formerly of ~yton (150
feet);
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 46 minutes East along lands now or formerly of Romeo 80 feet
to lands now or formerly of Santini;
RUNNING THENCE South 04 degrees 14 minutes East along lands now or formerly of Santini 150 feet
to the Northerly side of Sterling Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
