connecting the said southeasterly side of Main Road with the northeasterly
side of New Suffolk Road; running thence North 36° 09' 00' East along the
southeasterly side of Main Road 44.20 feet to an iron pipe and land now or
formerly of Pumillo; running thence South 49' 10' 40' East along said last
mentioned land 262.62 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of North
Fork Bank and Trust Company; thence South 69' 22' 00' West along said last
mentioned land 45.37 feet to a monument; thence North 50' 11' 30' West
still along said last mentioned land, passing through a monument and land
now or formerly of Lace 237.39 feet to the monument on the southeasterly
side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated March 5, 1972 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on March 14, 1973 in Liber 7360 .Page 01.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
aba(ling the above-described premises (o the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all Ihe
estate and rights of the party of Ihe first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first par! covenants that the party of the first part has no! done or suffered anything whereby
thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as atbrcsaid.
AND the party of the first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that (he party oflhe
first part will receive (he consideration for this conveyance auO will hold the right to receive such consider-
