BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Madison Street, a
distance of 90.60 feet northerly along said westerly line from Wilmarth
Avenue, being the northeasterly comer of land conveyed, or about to be
conveyed, by the party of the first part to Mazzo;
