private road, 35 feet wide, leading Northerly from the right of way first above
fnentioned about 330 feet to said private road running Southeasterly from the
I-'asterly terminus of Aquaview Avenue, the Westerly line of which 35 foot private
r~ad is 15 feet Easterly as measured along ~he Northerly line of the right of way
first above mentioned from a point therein which is 50 feet Northerly as
