Southold, Counb/of Suffolk andl State of New York, bounded and desodbed as follows:
BEGZNNZNG at a point on the northerly side of North View Drive at the southwesterly comer
of the premises herein described and the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of
Summers, Atweter and HIId; sa~d point being also distant easterly 150.00 feet es measured
along the northerly side of North View Drive from a monument end land now or formerly of
Brown's Hills Estates;
