ol'New York, more particularly bounded and described on Sehedule A annexed hereto and made
a part hereof.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated I I/2~04, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 12/07/04, in Liber 12359

TOGEFHER with all right, title and imerest, if any, ofthe party of the first pan in and to any ~ and
