of Southoid, County of Suffolk and State of N~w York, known and designated as Lot No. 10 on a
certain map eniilled, "Map of Hill Crest Estates, Section 1", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on August 15, 1983 as Map no. 7218, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the soulhwasterly side of Hill Crest Drive. where the same is
intersected by the division line between Lot Nos. 9 and 10 on the aforesaid map, said point or place
ofbe~n~ng being also distant 275.50 feet northwesterly as measured along thc soulhwasterly side
of Hill Crest Drive from the northwesterly end cfa curve having a radius of 25.00 feet a length of
