WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of New Suffolk Road distant
southerly 400 feet, RlSFB sr 1M3, from the intersection of the said easterly line of New Suffolk
Road and the southerly line of Main Road, and along the northwesterly corner of the premises
herein described;
Running thence along land of the Cutchogue Fire District North 66 degrees 19 minutes 30
seconds east a distance of 476.32 feet to a monument on land of the James Wickham Estate;
Thence along the last described land South 28 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of
140.62 feet to land of Horton;
Thence along said land of Horton, South 66 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of
256.91 feet to a monument;
Thence along land of Blaschak South 66 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
260.91 feet to a point on the easterly line of New Suffolk Road;
Thence along the said easterly line of New Suffolk Road North 11 degrees 29 minutes 10
seconds West a distance of 140,16 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intendcd to be the same premises conveyed to Elizabeth Ann Vernon by deed
dated 11/6/73 and recorded 12/27/73 in Liber 7537 at Page 92,
TOGETHER with all 'right, title and in teresi, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets aau
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurt.enalKc5
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
