formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Park View Lane and the eestmly side of Greenway West;
THENCE RUNNING along the saateriy side of Greenway West North 13 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds

of Lot 33 and Lot 34 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said division line South 76 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West 131.48 feet to the easterly
side of Gresnway West and the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, flUe and interest, If any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
