the party or the second part. docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and
assigns of the parly of the scculld part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or pare.:l of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying anu
heillgixlbx at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, more particularly bounded and described in the~appended
Schedule A, which premises are part of that conveyed to the party
of the first part by deeds dated 12/14/79, recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York 1/3/80, in Liber 8755
CP 572 and in Liber 8755 CP 565 both made by Alfred otis Davids
and Joy M. Davids, his wife.
The described premises is one (1) of three (3) being conveyed this
date to the party of the second part by separate deeds which
collectively are intended to transfer total ownership of the premises
acquired 12/14/79 by the party of the first part.
Subject to a Purchase Money First Mortgage signed concurrently
herewith and intended to be recorded simultaneously with the recording
of this instrument.
TOGETHER with all right. title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estale and rights orthe party ortl~c first part in and to said premises; TO HAVEANDTO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the secund part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pany of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive lhe consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be appl:cd first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
