WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom Patriots Ann McKinley and Caroline Sue
McKinley 13ossctta letters testamentary were issued by thc Surrogate's Court. Suffidk County~ New York
on April 2, 2008 (Probate File No. 5701'2008), and by virtue of thc power and authority given in and by
said last will and testament, and/or by Article I I of the Estalcs, Powers and Trusts Law, and in
considcration ofTen and 00/100 ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of
the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the part}' of the second pan, the distributees or
successors and assigns of the part), of the second part forever;
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being ut Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as l.ot No. 21 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Highland Estates", and
filed in the Office of the Clerk et'the Count)' of Suffolk on April 26, 1977 as Map No. 6537.
Being and Intended to bc the same premises conveyed to the grantor heroin by Deed dated 2/14/84,
recorded in thc Suil'blk County C[crk's Oil]cc on 2/22/84, in Liber 9516 page 260.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party ofthc first part in and to a~y streets
and reads abutting the above de~.ribed pren3i.ses to the center lines thereof;
TOGI'.'TiiER with the appurtenances, and also all thc estate which the said decedent had at the time
of dccedcm's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has
power to convey or dispose of. whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise;
TO 11.4 VE.4ND.TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, thc heirs or
successors and assigns of the part}, of the second part forever.
.4ND the ]~arty of the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party oflhe first parr, in'compliance with Section 13 of thc I.icn Law, covenants that thc
party of the first part.will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first tbr the purpose of paying thc costs of the
