part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or

that the party of the first part will receive thc consideration for this conveyancl and will

York, owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties, Inc., 5 Glen Lane,
Glenwood Landing, New York, Otto W. VanTuyl and Son, Licensed Land
Surveyors, Greenport, New York' and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 16, 1961 as Map No. 3~?., Abs. No. 3840.
