lhe party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Office on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Sununit Drive said point marking
the division line between Lots 12 and 13 as shown on the aforesaid map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 38 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West 252.03 feet;
THENCE North 52 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 1 00.00 feet to the division
line between Lot 13 and 14 on said map;
THENCE along said division line between Lot 13 and 14 on said map South 38 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds East 200.00 feet to the westerly side of Miriam Road;
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY along an arc of a curve bearing to the right connecting the
Westerly side of Miriam Road with the Northwesterly side of Swnmit Drive, having
a radius of 1 60.69 feet and a distance of 11 5.19 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING .
Being and intended to be the same premises described in deed to the party of the
first part recorded in Liber 11826, cpo 851 by deed dated 2/28/97 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 23, 1997.
TOGETHER with al1 right, title and interest, if any, of the party nf the first part, in and to any streets and roads

ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose or paying the cost of the improvement and will ap~ly
