according to said map, is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive, distant 279.27 feet easterly from the
extreme southerly _end of a curve connecting the easterly side of Zena Road and the northerly side of Captain
Kidd Drive;
RUNNING THENCE north 3 degrees 59'30" East 120 feet;
THENCE South 86 degrees 30" east 100 feet;

THENCE North 86 degrees 30" West along the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive, 100 feet to the point

SAID PREMISES are also known as 150 Captain Kidd Drive, Mattituck, New York.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the parties of the first part by Deed dated September 16,
1980 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 24, 1980 in Liber 8887,
