erected, situate, lying, and being at Laurel, Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of
N ~w York, known and designated as and by the lot no. 48 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Laurcl Park, Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, Daniel R. Young,
P.E. And L.S., Riverhcad, New York, August 17,1925" and filed in the Office ofthc Clerk of
thc County of Suffolk on October 5, 1925 as Map No. 212.
The party of the second part shall have the right to pass over and upon the South Oakwood Road,
and also upon a strip of land along thc shore front beyond lots nos. 1 to 4 both inclusive for the
purpose of bathing, boating and outdoor sports and for ingress to and cgress from the waters of
Peeonic Bay.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the fir.st part by
deed dated 10/1146, recorded 11/5/46 in Liber2771 cp 517.
Said premises being further descri bed as follows:
BEING at a point on the: easterly line of North Oakwood Road distant 40 feet northerly as
measured along the easterly line of North Oakwood Road, form the northerly end of a curve
connecting thc easterly linc of North Oakwood Road, with the northerly line of North Oakwood
Road; ,
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of North Oakwood Road, North 19 degrees
22' West 80 feet; THENCE NOIih 69 degrees 08' 20" East 257 feet to the mean high water line
Brushes Creek;
THENCE along the mean high water line of Brushes Creek, on a tie line bearing South 61
degrees 12' East 104.93 feet; and
THENCE South 69 degrees 08' 20" West 327 feet to the easterly line of North Oakwood
Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
