RUNNING THENCE along said boundary line North 78 degrees 36 minutes
50 seconds East 298.56 feet to other land now or formerly of

THENCE along said land nmv or formerly of Hatthews, South 11 degrees
23 minutes 10 seconds East 99.93 feet to the boundary line between

THENCE along said land now or formerly of Matthews, South 78 degrees
