consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffblk ahd.State of New Yo1k, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the southerly side of Millers Right of Way with the easterly side of Deer
Path Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Millers Right of Way, South 85 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds
East, 213.66 feet to land now or formerly of Young;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Young, South 38 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds East, 81.47 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 213.13 feet to the easterly side of Deer
Path Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Deer Path Road, North 22 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West.
175.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive Right of Way for ingress and egress over Deer Path Road and Millers Right
of Way to Mill Road a public road as well as for utility service.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Deed dated 3/24/93 and recorded on 6/4/93
in Liber 11631 at Page 663 made by Lester C. Samsen & Susan Ekizian Samsen, his wife to Robert E. Jordan
and Diane M. Jordan, his wife.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
