RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southerly line of
Sterling Road, north 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds east a distance of 125.0
feet to a monument and land now or formerly of J.J. McDonald;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of, J.J. McDonald, south 16 degrees 33
minutes 40 seconds east ~ distance of 192.10 feet to a monument at the south-
westerly corner of said land of McDonald;
THENCE along land now or formerly of George R. Tuthill and Helen S. Tuthill,
his wife, south 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds west a distance of 125.0 feet to
a monument on the easterly line of Lilac Lane;
THENCE along said easterly line of Lilac Lane, north 16 degrees 33 minutes 40
seconds west a distance of 192.10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
PREMISES herein being known by street address 560 Sterling Road, Southold,
New York and designated on the tax map of Suffolk County as District: 1000,
Section: 104.00, Block: 04.00, Lot: 007.000.
Grantor herein being the same person as the Grantee in deed dated 5/25/99
recorded 6/30/99 in liber 11972 page 530.
