County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 23 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Eastwood Estates, Section 2", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on November 30, 1964 as Map No. 4210.
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of North Cross Road at the northeasterly end of
a curve connecting the southeasterly side of North Cross Road and the northeasterly side of
Eastwood Drive;
RUNNING THENCE north 44 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds east along the southeasterly side
of North Cross Road, 90.53 feet;
THENCE south 50 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds east 135.73 feet;
THENCE south 30 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds west 150.00 feet to the northeasterly side of
Eastwood Drive;
THENCE north 50 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds west along the northeasterly side of Eastwood
Drive. 88.30 feet to the southwesterly end of the above mentioned curve:
THENCE northeasterly along said curve bearing to the right having a radius of 55.16 feet a
