Cutchogue, Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as and by the Lot Number 45 on a certain Map entitled,
"Map of Moose Cove at East Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York", prepared by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, from surveys
completed June 14Ih, 1960, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230, said Lot being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Fawn Lane distant 87.47 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of
Beebe Drive with the northerly side of Fawn Lane;
THENCE North 12 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West 227.00 feet;
THENCE North 78 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 100.00 feet;

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
