paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Mattituc:k, Southold Town, Suffolk County,
New York, known and described as Lot No. 80 on a certain map
entitled "Sub-division Map Section One of Property of George
I. Tuthill and others, situate at Laurel, Town of Southold,
N.Y." surveyed March 28, 1928 by otto W. VanTuyl, Greenport,
N.Y. surveyor, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on the 15th day of January 1929 as Map No. 861.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to roads, streets or avenues adjacent
to said premises to the center lines thereof.

right-of-way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic
Bay, which said privilege is contained and recited in deed to
George I. Tuthill, etal. from Frank Bray etal. dated April 17,

office in Liber 1368 of deeds, page 24.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Andrew
Donlevy and Margaret Donlevy, his wife, by a deed recorded in
Liber 4177 cp 365.
Premises more fully described at Schedule A attached hereto

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center liI,1es thereof; TO~ETHE~ wl~h the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent 5 death In said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the. first part has or has power to convey or dis~se of, 'Yhether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herem granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, ~o\'enants t~at the party.of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paymg the cost of the Improvement and wlll appl}

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot 80 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property of
George I. Tuthill and others", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
01/15/1929 as Map Number 861 bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly side of Bray Avenue distant
150.00 feet north, as measured along the westerly side of Bray Avenue, from the
corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Bray Avenue and the
nootherly side of second Street, said point of beginnin9 al;;o being at the division
line between lot 80 and lot 81 as shown on said aforementioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division south 69 degrees 13 minutes 10
seconds west 150.00 feet to the division line between lot 80 and lot 86;
RUNNING THENCE along said division and along the division line between lot
80 and lot 76 north 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds west 50.00 feet to an iron
pipe and the division line between lot 80 and lot 79;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line north 69 degrees 13 minutes 10
seconds east 150.00 feet to the westerly side of Bray Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said road south 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds
east 50.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right-of-way
leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic bay, which said privilege is
