North 54 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West 48.03 feet; 2. North 48 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 51.97 feet; THENCE North 30 degrees 00 minutes East 30 feet more or less to the ordinary high water markof Haywaters Cove; THENCE Easterly along the ordinary high water mark of Haywaters Cove 100 feet more or less to the Westerly side of Lot Number 24 on the above mentioned map; THENCE along the Westerly side of Lot Number 24 on the above mentioned map South 30 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds West 60 feet more or less to the Northerly side of Haywaters Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part and in and to any and all lands under water adjacent to the subject premises. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated z January 14, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 27, 1994 in Liber 0 11662 cp. 232.
