WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on April 5, 1999 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers
and Trusts Law, and in consideration of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND and 00/100--------

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

New York, bounded and described as follows:
'\~ BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly line of Mason Drive, 301,36
feet westerly along said northerly line from Broadwaters Drive, being the
southwesterly corner of other land now or formerly of Wolfram; running thence
along said northerly line of Mason Drive South 720 24' 30" West 150.68 feet to a
monument and land of Duffy; thence along said land of Duffy, North 120 08' 10"
West 180.84 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land now or formerly of Farley
North 750 46' 00" East 150.10 feet to a monument and said other land now or
formerly of Wolfram; thence along said other land now or formerly of Wolfram South
120 08' 10" East 172.02 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed dated May 3,
1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 7, 1957 in Liber
4297, Page 108,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premiscs to the ccnter lines thcreof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construcd as if it read "parties" whencver the scnse of this indenture so requires.
