THIS INDENTURE, made May 21, 2003, among MARK R. JARREU. AND
PARLENE C. JARRELL, Hi. Wife, having an address at 2 Sound Bay Drive, Lloyd Neck, New
York 11743 (hereinafter referred \0 as "Grantor"), and MICHAEL A. CH UISANO AND DENISE ,/
M. CH UISANO, having an address at 1009 Barrie Avenue, Wantagh. New York 11793, (hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of TEN AND 00/100 (SIO.OO)
DOLLARS and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged. docs hereby grant and release unto Grantee and the heirs, executors, administrators,
legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of Grantor in and to said premises,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Grantor by dced from Anthony Pirrera, dated May 12, 2000,
recorded May 25,2000 in Liber 12044. Page 867 in the office
of the Suffolk County Clerk.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs,
executors. adnlinistrators. legal representatives. successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
