ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being at Bay'view, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and described as Lot No. 3
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Corey Creek Estates*', which said Map was filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 15, 1967 as Map No. 4923, said lot being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on thc westerly side of Corey Creek Lane where same is
intersected by the division line of Lots 3 and 4 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said division line, North 66 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds Wc~t, 162.24
feet;
THENCE North 39 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East, 176.69 feet to the southerly side
of Main Bayview Road;
