MARGARET M. A'I'KINSON died on April 18, 2007. a resident of Brooklyn, New York leaving a Last Will and
Testament dated January 10, 2005 which wns duly admitted to probate by the Kings County Surrogate's Court on August
9. 2007 at which time letters appointing ROBERT V. I.ONGO as Executor of the Estate of PEGGY ATKINSON AKA
MARGARET M. ATKINSON were issued by the Kings County Surrogate's Court (File No. 2007-2074).

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first pan of. in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-descrihed premises to the center lines thereof;
